Lauren why do I need 2 modifiers on the same code for anesthesia ? Is it just to tell the entire story ?

You don't always need two modifiers. You do need the physical status modifier. The others are only as needed. And if a board exam questions doesn't have any physical status modifier don't sweat it - choose the best of the possible answers.
